B 27964 (d\u00e1le jen \u201c<b>spole\u010dnost MBC<\/b>\u201d) n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky t\u011bchto internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek (www.maplebear.cz), jako\u017e i sv\u00e9 klienty a obchodn\u00ed partnery o n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch z\u00e1sad\u00e1ch ochrany jejich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jako spr\u00e1vce osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f shroma\u017e\u010fuje v souvislosti s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bchto internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek.\u00a0<\/p><p>P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si pros\u00edm tyto z\u00e1sady ochrany osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, abyste pochopili, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem m\u016f\u017ee spole\u010dnost MBC zpracov\u00e1vat Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje poskytnut\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm t\u011bchto internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Jak\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje jsou shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1ny a za jak\u00fdm \u00fa\u010delem?<\/b>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pokud jde o v\u0161echny n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky t\u011bchto internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek, spole\u010dnost MBC m\u00e1 jako jejich provozovatel automatick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k ve\u0159ejn\u00fdm IP adres\u00e1m, ze kter\u00fdch si n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci prohl\u00ed\u017eej\u00ed obsah internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek, a k \u00fadaj\u016fm obsa\u017een\u00fdm v protokolech (tzv. http dotazy). Takto shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fadaje jsou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny v\u00fdhradn\u011b pro \u00fa\u010dely spr\u00e1vy internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek a pro statistick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely. Z\u00e1kladem pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto \u00fadaj\u016f je realizace opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f spole\u010dnosti MBC v podob\u011b spr\u00e1vy a provozu internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek a mo\u017enosti prov\u00e1d\u011bt anal\u00fdzy a p\u0159ipravovat statistiky. Statistiky neobsahuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 prvky, kter\u00e9 by identifikovaly n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek.\u00a0<\/p><p>Spole\u010dnost MBC zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje (jm\u00e9no a p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed, e-mailov\u00e1 adresa, telefonn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo), pokud je dobrovoln\u011b poskytnete zasl\u00e1n\u00edm e-mailu nebo \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed v pr\u016fzkumu, resp. p\u0159ihl\u00e1s\u00edte se k odb\u011bru obchodn\u00edch sd\u011blen\u00ed. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 spole\u010dnost MBC Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje za \u00fa\u010delem realizace opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f spole\u010dnosti MBC v podob\u011b vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed dotaz\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly spole\u010dnost MBC zasl\u00e1ny nebo pro \u00fa\u010dely prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b zpracov\u00e1van\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k automatizovan\u00e9mu rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, ani k\u202fprofilov\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p><p>Spole\u010dnost MBC zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje a osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje Va\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed (jm\u00e9no a p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed, datum narozen\u00ed) tak\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee vypln\u00edte on-line p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ku. Va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje jsou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny za \u00fa\u010delem posouzen\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ka do \u0161koly a u\u010din\u011bn\u00ed nab\u00eddky k p\u0159ijet\u00ed. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bude z\u00e1kladem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed souhlas nebo nutnost u\u010dinit kroky na \u017e\u00e1dost subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f p\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm smlouvy, zejm\u00e9na vypln\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ky.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pokud je to nezbytn\u00e9 k\u202fobran\u011b spole\u010dnosti MBC proti p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm n\u00e1rok\u016fm, mohou b\u00fdt v\u0161echny nebo n\u011bkter\u00e9 z uveden\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f d\u00e1le zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny na z\u00e1klad\u011b opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu spole\u010dnosti MBC, kter\u00fdm je obrana spr\u00e1vce proti n\u00e1rok\u016fm t\u0159et\u00edch stran, nejd\u00e9le v\u0161ak po dobu proml\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch n\u00e1rok\u016f.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Souhlas<\/b>\u00a0<\/p><p>P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed poskytnut\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f pro marketingov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely (zas\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed obchodn\u00edch sd\u011blen\u00ed) bude spole\u010dnost MBC prov\u00e1d\u011bt v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159edchoz\u00edho souhlasu osoby poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se osob, kter\u00e9 nedos\u00e1hly v\u011bku 18 let, bude spole\u010dnost MBC \u017e\u00e1dat o souhlas rodi\u010de\/z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupce. Zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f pro marketingov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely lze kdykoliv odm\u00edtnout zasl\u00e1n\u00edm emailu na adresu info@mbczechia.cz, resp. na emailovou adresu uvedenou v p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9m obchodn\u00edm sd\u011blen\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p><p>Souhlas m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo odvolat kdykoliv, av\u0161ak odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu nem\u00e1 vliv na z\u00e1konnost zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na souhlasu p\u0159ed jeho odvol\u00e1n\u00edm.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Zve\u0159ej\u0148uje spole\u010dnost MBC osobn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely obrany proti p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm n\u00e1rok\u016fm).\u00a0<\/p><p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f shroma\u017e\u010fovan\u00fdch prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm
